Poultry Despatch Cone (Galvanised) 27cm

Made of galvanised iron Safe and humane Wall/post mountable Length 35cm, diameter 27cm. Guide and place poultry head first in the wall or post-mounted cone.  The underside (front) of the neck should be facing towards you. This position is calming as it keeps the wings close to the body During despatch, that blood can drain fully – don’t forget to place a container below to catch the flow Do not abandon the bird in the cone, as it could choke and suffer.   Despatch quickly with sharp knife or cutting blade for humane despatch Note:   The cone can also be used to also isolate and position poultry to administer animal husbandry or first aid on legs.
