Rubber Washer / Spacer for UTS Quartz Movements

This is the same as the 1 x 1mm rubber washer / spacer that is included with the UTS Quartz movements. This is for 5 (five) x 1mm rubber washer / spacers It is useful to have several of these to decrease the amount of exposed hand shaft from the dial to the clock glass. If the clock’s hands are rubbing on the glass – add 1 or more 1mm spacers will push the movement away from the dial – decreasing the exposed shaft length and hopefully clearing the glass. Once the desired thickness has been achieved under test conditions – we recommend you use a drop of superglue between each layer to prevent twisting / movement when the time is altered or the battery changed.
